1. The committee is a professional institute of CAAPA. Under the leadership of CAAPA, it is responsible for publicizing and implementing state laws and regulation as well as the national standards of the industry.
2. Strictly abide by the state policy, laws and regulation. Guided by the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristic. Endeavor to develop amusement courses of China and strengthen spiritual civilization.
3. On behalf of CAAPA, organize the membership units to publicize and implement rules, regulation and national standards of the amusement industry. Adopt all kinds of method to make the national standards of the industry be the operating regulation of each membership unit.
4. Strengthen the awareness of rules and regulation in the industry. Enforce self-discipline in every membership unit to preserve and increase the fame of the industry.
5. Exploit every means to collect the problem and suggestions occurred in the process of implementing national standards by the membership units. And then feed back to the National Standard Committee. Guarantee a sound development of the industry. Make CAAPA a bridge between government and the membership units.
6. Using CAAPA website and other issues such as Amusement Parks & Attractions of China, Bulletin News to publicize the information of national standards. Translate and publish the national standards of other countries for the reference of the membership units.
7. Push the membership units to strengthen management and improve regulation. Provide consultation service for the membership units to make a sound development.
8. Publicize and implement Standard Law. Promote standardization to increase the quality of designing, manufacture and service. Offer high Quality Products and service to the society.
9. Accomplish additional works given by the leaders. Provide sound service for the membership units.
