Working Regulation of the Amusement Park Professional Committee
 

1. According to the requirement of the state and local government, suited with the medium and long term development of amusement parks, appropriately put forward the development plan and suggestion under the leadership of CAAPA. Actively contrive for the amusement enterprises to develop firmly.
2. In line with the general requirement of building socialist market economy, promote the development of China¡¯s amusement industry. Under the leadership of CAAPA, unite the amusement enterprises and friends who are in favor of the industry to protect the interests and legitimate right of the membership units. Contribute to develop a prosperous amusement market in China.
3. Implement the policy, rules and regulations of the state and CAAPA. Carry out coordination and service between government and the enterprises. Strengthen integration among the amusement industry to safeguard its interests and fame. As a Professional authority of the amusement industry, undertake authentication and evaluation work.
4. Normalize enforce the management of amusement parks. Push forward rules, regulations and self-discipline in the industry to establish a sound inspection mechanism. Pay more attention to the security management.
5. Promote communication among the membership units. Extensively collect and arrange information and news related to the amusement industry to enrich the enterprise. Assist the enterprises to strengthen information exchange, investigation and research of the market. Provide timely forecast of the market trend. Make reasonable suggestions for CAAPA and relative departments to keep a sustainable development of the amusement parks.
6. Push forward the management of license of amusement attractions. Assist the enterprises to make quality control regulation related to security and service. Organize the rating work among the amusement parks create a beneficial environment to increase social and economic gains.
7. Offer consultation related to technic and management such as produce, marketing, catering, technical research, training and so on. Assist the membership enterprises to practice market investigation, planning, investment consultation and introduction of new project. Organize the training program to popularize the certificate holding.
8. Arrange exchange and cooperation with the relative industry and counterparts from home and abroad. Strengthen investigation and research in order to push forward experience and academic communication related to the management.
9. Strengthen the establishment of spiritual civilization. Cultivate the spirit of enterprises and erect the enterprise image. Build up a sound management system of modern enterprises. Set an exemplary enterprise as a learning trial.
10. Hole seminars on the establishment and development of amusement parks twice a year. Study and discuss important academic topic so as to guide the progress of the amusement parks.
11. Try paid service to enrich activity fees.
